Delivery Guide to European Union
Regrettably, our standard terms do not apply for the delivery of bicycles or similar items to overseas destinations. Because of the longer travelling distance and increased instances of loading and unloading, the potential for transit damage is increased. For this reason we can not accept any liability whatever for transit damage associated with international orders.

Unfortuately we cannot deliver tricycles or similarly bulky items overseas.

Please also note that bicycles which are dispatched to overseas locations can not be supplied in a fully assembled condition. These bicycles are supplied in a 90% built flat pack carton for assembly prior to use.

BFPO Addresses
We can now deliver small accessories (not complete bicycles) to BFPO addresses.

How will I know when my order will be delivered?
Once your order has been dispatched, and we receive notification from our carriers, you will receive an email from us advising you of the expected delivery date. Deliveries on the free delivery service are usually made between 8.30am and 5.30pm on weekdays. Our delivery email to you is a courtesy and forms no part of our contract to supply goods within a specified timescale.

The average delivery time is 4 working days. Please note this is only an average and not a promise that the goods will arrive on the fourth day, or within 4 days. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Please note, EU customers and customers from Northern Ireland, Highlands, or remote areas may not receive accurate email notification regarding the delivery schedule.

Scheduled Delivery.
Customers who absolutely definitely need an item in a hurry or before a specific date are advised to use our next day or other scheduled delivery services. Please phone in your order if you would like your order sent out on an express delivery. Our Telephone number is 0333 577 4450.

  • Next Working Day Delivery for orders under 5kg £6.99 per order
  • Next Working Day Delivery for orders within 5-10kg £10.00 per order
  • Next Working Day Delivery for Bicycles or orders over 10kg £25.00 per order
  • Saturday Delivery £30.00 per carton

When your order arrives
If after checking your order, you find that it has been unacceptably damaged in transit, please call us immediately on 0845 166 8284 to report it. This is very important as RETROSPECTIVE claims for transit damage CAN NOT be accepted by our insurers. If you are not able to be present to accept delivery please inform your agent to check that the goods are as ordered, and supplied undamaged. This does not in any way affect your warranty rights.

What if there is no-one available to accept Delivery?
The carriers may attempt delivery to a neighbours address, and then leave a card in your letterbox. In our experience, this is by far the best solution as it avoids unnecessary and costly redelivery scheduling.
